Hi, heres a little bit about me:
In the last decade, I have been very fortunate to work in a role where I saw the first hand impact of novel/innovative cancer treatments in patients, witness their stories and contribute to making a difference in their lives. Even though work is a very integral part of me, I value having a work-life balance more and spending time with intention. I currently work as a Research Manager of a rare cancer (NET) program at the Sylvester Cancer Center, affiliated to the University of Miami. I have a flexible schedule and if needed, I can consider relocating to another city.
On my days off, I am either soaking in the ocean vibes with a book in my hand or with my friends, hitting some balls on the tennis court, or baking a dessert. I often end a busy day by running by the bay and listening to music.
I grew up in Nasik in a semi-joint family, who has always valued good health over wealth, being resilient in life, and embraced... more progressive values. Family and friends are important to me and I love to spend my time caring for them.
After college, out of my desire to learn and grow, I moved to Mumbai to be a student of Bachelors in Pharmacy and shortly after went to University of Michigan, Ann Arbor to do a MS in Pharmacology. For now, Florida is my home, and I wait to see whats next.
I love engaging conversations, so feel free to send an invite or accept request.
