Block and Report Misuse
  1. What is the Block Member feature? When should I use it?
    You can choose to Block Members if you do not wish them to view your Profile or contact you on This Member will not be shown again to you and his/her Profile can be accessed from your Blocked Members list. If you change your mind, you can Unblock this Member.
  2. What is the Report Misuse feature? When should I use it?
    You can Report a Profile to the Safety team whenever you observe any misuse on, e.g. False Profile information, Fake/Obscene photos, abusive messages, etc. Reporting a Profile will automatically Block the Member as well.

    Grievance Redressal - In case of any concern regarding a possible misuse, you may follow the below mentioned steps to register a complaint:
    - Go to the concerned profile and report misuse against the profile
    - The complaint would be acted upon by our Safety Desk
    - An email would be sent to your registered email address about the receipt of the complaint and the action taken
    -You can then always use the Ticket ID and reach out to our grievance officer by writing to [email protected] for any escalations.
