Kaustubh found my profile on Shaadi.com. We exchanged our email addresses and started communicating. We discovered that we lived in the same area in Pune and had a lot of things in common such as we were both in the United States for more than 10 years and then had returned to India to start a new career. We emailed back and forth for a month and then started talking on the phone. I told him that I was not a big phone person but really liked talking with him and that we should meet up soon. We met at a coffee shop nearby and were there for the next four hours since we had so much to talk about! We met up again at a restaurant for lunch and I thought that he was easy going and a lot of fun to hand out with. We met up for a couple more dates at different restaurants around Pune and found that we really liked each other. A couple of weeks ago, at a dinner date, we proposed to each other! Thank you Shaadi!!
